A subsidiary of Reliance Group Holdings proposed to acquire Days Inns Corp., one of the nation’s largest hotel and motel chains, in a deal worth about $153.38 million . . . Coleman. Co. said it has signed a letter of intent to sell Coast Catamaran Corp., the Oceanside manufacturer of Hobie Cat catamarans, to Evergreen Partners of Irvine for an undisclosed price.
