Martin & Associates, an Irvine architecture and engineering firm, recently won two design awards from the Orange County chapter of the National Assn. of Industrial and Office Parks; for high-rise buildings of six or more stories, The Towers at Brinderson Plaza in Irvine was cited; and for mid-rise buildings under five stories, the Bixby Office Park in Seal Beach was cited. . . . The Orange County office of John Burnham and Co. Real Estate Finance has arranged $4.1 million in construction loans for three office and retail buildings in J.S. Development Co.’s Corona Business Center.
