Edward (Ned) B. Huntington was installed as president of the San Diego County Bar Assn. at the bar’s annual dinner Friday night. Five new board members were installed as well.

Huntington, a graduate of the University of California Hastings College of Law, is a sole practitioner specializing in business, tax and family law. He holds a special degree in taxation from the University of San Diego and lives in Kensington with his wife, Margie, and four children.

Beginning three-year terms as board officers were George P. Andreos, Sister Sally M. Furay, Webster (Buzz) Kinnaird, Janice F. Mulligan and Marge L. Wagner, who will serve as North County representative.

With more than 5,000 members, the San Diego County Bar Assn. operates the Bar Foundation and the Lawyer Referral and Information Service and conducts educational programs for the legal community and the public.
