Construction Starts on Shopping Center

Construction has begun on a 59,150-square-foot, one-story shopping center in Laguna Niguel on Moulton Parkway at La Paz Road.

A project of Schmid Development, the center was designed by McClellan Cruz Gaylord & Associates.
