‘Only in L.A.’

I have never written a letter like this before, but I really want to thank The Times for the new feature “Only in L.A.” The Nov. 20 column by Jack Jones really brightened my day so much that I felt I must commend you.

It takes a bit of sensitivity on your part to recognize that your readers could use some of this type of wry humor with our news. One might even say “Only in L.A.”!

Keep them coming. I’ll take my chuckles wherever I can get them.
