John F. Llewellyn, 40, has been named president, general manager and chief executive of Forest Lawn Memorial-Parks and Mortuaries. He succeeds Frederick Llewellyn, who becomes chairman. Senior Vice President Clark Hilton succeeds John Llewellyn as executive vice president.
