Realty Journal to Cover News in Southland

The first issue of Southern California Real Estate Journal, a biweekly tabloid newspaper that will cover the Southland’s commercial, industrial and residential real estate markets, is scheduled to appear Monday.
The full-color paper, to be published by Minneapolis-based Shelter Tech Media Co., will be patterned after Shelter Tech’s San Francisco-based Northern California Real Estate Journal. The northern paper, currently published every other week, will begin to appear weekly this month.
Jenifer Monroe, former national advertising director of California Executive Magazine, will publish the new newspaper. Roger Vincent, former real estate editor of the Los Angeles Business Journal, will be editor.
Shelter Tech Media has opened offices in Los Angeles and San Diego.
