City offices: Will be closed Monday in Huntington Beach, Irvine and Santa Ana; regular schedules will be followed elsewhere.
County offices: Will be closed Monday.
State offices: Will be closed Monday.
Federal offices: Will be closed Monday.
Schools: Schools in the Buena Park, Centralia, La Habra, Brea-Olinda, Laguna Beach, Newport-Mesa and Tustin school districts will close Friday. All other school districts will observe the holiday Monday. (Schools in the Los Alamitos Unified School District will be closed Friday for a staff development day and Monday for the holiday).
Banks: Will be closed Monday.
Mail: There will be no postal delivery Monday.
Trash: Regular pickup schedules will not be interrupted.
