A health-care mall will open Feb. 1 in a new two-story building in Anaheim Hills. The mall at 54755 E. La Palma Ave., called Anaheim Hills Health Plaza, is the idea of family physician Dr. Charles Phillips.

Phillips said he recognized a need to put family doctors and a wide variety of specialists in the same building for “one-stop medical shopping.” In addition, he said the facility will feature a fitness and rehabilitation center, a psychological counseling group, a community education room and a day-care center to supervise both healthy and mildly ill children. “All the tenants in the building are non-competing, medically related entities,” Phillips said.
