San Diego homicide detectives were investigating the shooting death of a 23-year-old man Tuesday, police said.
Jose Alfredo Jasso, of the 1200 block of south 43rd Street, apparently died of a gunshot wound to the head, police said.
An autopsy was scheduled for today, a deputy coroner said.
