Philip J. Quigley and C. Lee Cox have been elected directors of Pacific Telesis, San Francisco.

Quigley, 45, is group president of Pacific Cos., which include Pacific Bell, Nevada Bell and Pacific Bell Directory. Quigley also is president and chief executive of Pacific Bell. Cox, 46, is group president and chief executive of PacTel Corp., which includes the PacTel Cellular and Paging Cos., PacTel Communications Cos., PacTel Properties and Pacific Telesis International.
