Irvine Assists Visiting Geese

I read with great relief of the City of Irvine’s efforts to provide a safe area for the visiting Canada geese. I am one of thousands who drive by on my way to work. I look forward to seeing the geese.
It disturbed me to see the usual “we’re going to put houses here” sign appear in the middle of the geese.
The Irvine Co. could not choose a more conspicuous means of demonstrating concern for an environment that it has been turning into houses and mini-marts.
Please, Irvine giant. Give those geese some room.
