Man Found Shot to Death Near Border
The body of a man who had been shot to death was found near the U.S.-Mexico border, apparently the victim of a robbery, police said Sunday.
The unidentified man, believed to be about 25 years old, was found lying face down by police at 11:35 p.m. Saturday, about 30 yards north of the border in the Spooners Mesa area, with a gunshot wound to the upper chest, police said.
The investigation is continuing and no arrests have been made.
