A 32-year-old man sought in connection with the killing of a San Diego man in January was arrested early Wednesday without incident in San Ysidro, police said.

Phillip Richard Moore, who was wanted in connection with the Jan. 26 death of Jose Alfredo Jasso-Guzman, 23, was arrested at 6:15 a.m. on Beyer Street near California 117, police said. Moore was taken to the County Jail downtown and held on suspicion of murder. Jasso-Guzman was shot in the head in the 1200 block of South 43rd Street and died at UC San Diego Medical Center, according to police.
