A Need for Roads
The accident Jan. 28 at Sierra Highway and Placerita Canyon Road showed us why a moratorium on building in the Santa Clarita Valley is needed. The loss of one intersection and the Highway Patrol and Caltrans’ inability to reroute traffic and reopen the intersection demonstrated how overloaded our local roads are.
