John Pipia has been appointed managing director, Western Region, for Citicorp Real Estate Inc., Los Angeles. Pipia, who joined the firm in 1970, will supervise all western real estate business as well as assist in national business development, including banking, corporate real estate, venture capital and company acquisitions.
