HOLIDAY CLOSINGS: PRESIDENT’S DAY

Postal delivery: There will be no mail service on Monday.
Schools: All Orange County public schools will be closed Monday. Schools in the Buena Park, Fullerton, La Habra and Yorba Linda elementary school districts, in the Fullerton Union High School District and in most unified school districts will also be closed Friday. Exceptions are schools in the Saddleback Valley Unified School district, which will be closed Monday and Wednesday, and schools in the Laguna Beach Unified School District, which will be closed Monday and Friday, Feb. 19. Schools in the Tustin Unified School District and other elementary and high school districts were closed Feb. 8, and will close again Monday.
All community colleges will be closed Friday and Monday.
Government: City offices in Brea, Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Irvine and San Juan Capistrano will close Friday and Monday in observance of President’s Day. City offices in Westminster will not close for the holiday. Offices in all other Orange County cities will be closed Monday.
County and state government offices will be closed Friday and Monday. Federal offices will close Monday.
Banks: Most banks and savings and loan institutions will be closed Monday. Some will have adjusted hours on Friday.
Refuse collection: Pickup schedules will not be affected by the holiday.
