Two Southern California gamblers will each receive $4.9 million jackpots after hitting all six numbers in the mid-week Lotto drawing, state officials said. The winning tickets were sold in LaVerne in Los Angeles County and in the Santa Barbara County community of Santa Maria. They are each worth $196,800 per year, after deductions for federal taxes, for 20 years. Two players in Santa Maria and Fillmore, in Ventura County, got five numbers plus the bonus number and will each receive lump sums of $655,296. Players cannot be identified until they turn in their tickets at a lottery office. The winning numbers were: 20, 29, 24, 31, 45, 30, and the bonus number, 6. The total amount awarded to players from the Wednesday night drawing is $13,030,551. Saturday’s jackpot is estimated to be more than $4 million.
