White House Chef Named

WASHINGTON —
Hans Raffert, who joined the White House kitchen staff 18 years ago, has been named to the top position of executive chef, it was announced Friday. Raffert, 60, has been acting executive chef since January, when Jon Hill left after five months in the position.
