Law Firm Leases in Santa Monica Building

The law firm of Haight, Dickson, Brown & Bonesteel has signed a five-year, $7.7-million lease for 50,000 square feet of office space in the 100 Wilshire Building, Santa Monica.

Beitler Commerical Realty Services and Davis/Olson Corp. represented the tenants; Southmark Pacific Leasing Inc. represented the owner, an unidentified Japanese firm.
