Warner Center Sets Rent Mark

Warner Center, an 1,100-acre mixed-use project in Woodland Hills, set a record for use of new office space last year with 514,000 square feet absorbed or committed, according to reports from area developers and brokers.
The absorption pace surpassed the previous record of 500,000 square feet established in 1986, according to William W. Lassetter of the Voit Cos. Of the 3.8 million square feet at Warner Center, Voit has developed and manages about 1.8 million square feet, he said.
