In your article, I was quoted as saying all who collect funds at such locations as supermarkets, shopping centers and like locations are “fakes.” I regret such a sweeping generalization. I cannot speak to the authenticity of any organization other than the Union Rescue Mission.
The Union Rescue Mission does not employ such means in its fund raising. Anyone encountering a solicitor identifying himself with the Union Rescue Mission should report the individual to local police authorities.
