The owner of an antique shop pleaded guilty Thursday to charges of grand theft and a violation of the state corporation code in a case involving losses to investors totaling more than $100,000.

Sonia Bonge, who lives in Del Mar, faces a maximum sentence of four years in state prison and a $50,000 fine. Her correct age is not known, as she has told authorities at varying times that she is between 48 and 64.

Superior Court Judge Herbert Exarhos set sentencing for April 14.

Bonge owns the Shangri La antique shop in La Jolla. She was accused of falsifying certificates of authenticity on her antiques.

According to Deputy Dist. Atty. John Massucco, the losses stemmed from people who invested in the antique business. The losses, he said, exceed $100,000.

In court Thursday, Bonge told the judge her real name is Bonge. Earlier, she had said her name was Sonia Foght. She has also been known as Daniella de Villeneuve, and by at least three other names.

Bonge pleaded guilty to four counts of grand theft and one count of security sales violations. Fifteen similar counts were dismissed in return for her guilty plea.

She remains in the County Jail at Las Colinas in lieu of $150,000 bail.
