L.A. League of Women Voters to Honor Ahmanson, Jonas, Neuman
The League of Women Voters of Los Angeles will fete its 1988 Women of Honor, Caroline Ahmanson and Dorothy Jonas, at a noon luncheon April 27 in the Beverly Wilshire Hotel ballroom.
The event will be hosted by Ted Danson and also will honor Nancy Neuman, president of the League of Women Voters of the United States. This year’s luncheon is planned as a salute to women who have given outstanding volunteer service to the community.
