AND WAIT THERE’S MORE: OK, so the Doobie Brothers are together again. Who’s next? Try Little Feat, whose five surviving members have reunited with newly recruited vocalist Craig Fuller (who replaces the late Lowell George). The band, which includes pianist Billy Payne, guitarist Paul Barrere and bassist Ken Gradney, is slated to debut April 30 at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. The group has also been in the studio recording new songs for an album release later this year. . . . Can lightning strike twice? A&M; Records had a surprise hit with Louis Armstrong’s “What a Wonderful World” from the “Good Morning Vietnam” sound track. Now Capitol Records is releasing Dean Martin’s “That’s Amore” as a single from the “Moonstruck” sound track. . . . Speaking of tours: Bruce Springsteen was at the Rosemont Horizon in Chicago recently--with a few new wrinkles in his “Tunnel of Love” tour. Or should we say old wrinkles. During the course of his four-hour concert marathon, Springsteen dropped a couple of current songs (including “Walk Like a Man”), replacing them with “Back Streets” and “Darkness on the Edge of Town.” And guess what’s he doing as an encore--what fans on hand described as a “lounge-act” version of Elvis’ “Love Me Tender.”
