In the arts: The Pacific Symphony will bring two well-known names to the Orange County Performing Arts Center in separate concerts this week. Violinist Yehudi Menuhin will join the county-based orchestra Monday and Wednesday. On Friday and Saturday, John Williams (composer of the themes to such movies as “Star Wars” and “Superman”) will conduct a program of his own works.
