Rick Pallack--the Sherman Oaks-based haberdasher to such luminaries as Academy Awards host Chevy Chase, Sylvester Stallone, Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-Mass.) and Sugar Ray Leonard--is providing several newer clients with their Oscar finery tonight. Bill Medley, who will be singing the Oscar-nominated “I’ve Had the Time of My Life” from “Dirty Dancing,” will sport a cream-colored tux designed by Pallack. Another unidentified gent, described by a spokesman for the designer, as “the most distinguished gentleman at the Oscars,” will wear another Pallack bauble: a 24-carat gold-thread bow tie.
