An Oakland police officer was arraigned in San Leandro-Hayward Municipal Court on seven felony counts of oral copulation with a 14-year-old boy and two counts of supplying him with LSD. Francis Rose Sirvain, 39, a 12-year veteran of the force who is married to another Oakland police officer, is said to have met the boy last fall while helping his sister move into her son’s home. The boy reportedly told investigators he had sex with Sirvain at his sister’s home, at motels and at a drive-in theater. Sirvain has been on a stress-related disability leave since August, 1986.
