Local News in Brief : Intruders Kill Woman

A South-Central Los Angeles woman was shot and killed Thursday after admitting two unidentified individuals to her home on 2nd Avenue, police said.
Rosie Allen, 42, died at Daniel Freeman Memorial Hospital.
Police Lt. Bruce Hagerty said investigators have been unable to determine a motive for the shooting, and they have no description of the suspects.
