WASHINGTON —
President Reagan will travel to Chicago on May 4 to make a foreign policy speech to the National Strategy Forum, the White House announced Friday.
It said that Reagan’s remarks will be focused on the summit later that month in Moscow with Soviet leader Mikhail S. Gorbachev.
The National Strategy Forum is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that was founded in 1983 by a group of Chicago area civic leaders interested in national security issues.
