DAYTON, Ohio —
A woman’s body was found Tuesday night, entombed in concrete at the Dayton Daily News building. Her husband was arrested and was being questioned today.
The body of Judy Sinks, 44, a clerical worker, was found buried in a seventh-floor room of the news building. Her husband, Theodore Sinks, 49, the newspaper’s plumbing supervisor, reported his wife missing Nov. 24. He was arrested after police, tipped by an informant, found the body in a pit in a little-used utility room.
