Four people were injured, none seriously, in two separate gang-related shootings in San Diego Wednesday, police said.

In one incident, police said, two bystanders, a brother and sister ages 2 and 6, were struck by 2 shotgun pellets each after an altercation broke out at 7:30 p.m. between the occupants of a car and a group of people gathered near the Linda Vista Recreation Center. The shotgun was fired from inside the car.

Both victims--Judy Her, 2, and Nu Her, 6--were taken to Sharp Memorial Hospital, where police described their conditions as good. There were no immediate arrests. No one else was injured, police said.

In an earlier, unrelated incident, two persons were wounded in a drive-by shooting shortly after 4 p.m. at Lenox Drive and Elwood Avenue in Southeast San Diego. Neither was hurt seriously, according to police who arrested four suspects near the scene and recovered a “large-caliber” revolver. No information was available on the identity of the victims late Wednesday night.
