Circus Circus to Buy 117 Acres in Las Vegas
Circus Circus Enterprises of Las Vegas said it will exercise its option to purchase 117 acres on the south end of the Las Vegas Strip for $43.25 million.
It is the company’s intention to develop a major hotel and casino complex on this site, with an opening date projected for mid-1990.
