Six teen-agers were arrested on suspicion of terrorism and conspiracy for posting racist stickers on street lamps, stop signals and store windows in Montrose, Glendale police said Friday.

The six, who are from 15 to 18 years old, were arrested after they were stopped for a traffic offense Thursday in Glendale, a day after the stickers appeared, police said.

John Giambrone Jr., 18, of Glendale, was being held in Glendale City Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail, Sgt. Dean Durand said. The names of the others were not released because they are juveniles.
