SLOW GROWTH : ROAD IMPROVEMENTS LIKELY UNDER SLOW-GROWTH INITIATIVE

Traffic engineers at Orange County’s Environmental Management Agency say the following intersections are the ones most likely to need improvements in order to operate at levels of service required by the Citizens’ Sensible Growth and Traffic Control Initiative. The list was compiled using data on existing traffic conditions and forecasts of future intersection capacity utilization.
1. Moulton Pkwy. at Lake Forest Dr.
2. Lake Forest Dr. at Avenida de la Carlota
3. Rockfield Blvd. at Lake Forest Dr.
4. Muirlands Blvd. at Lake Forest Dr.
5. Jeronimo Rd. at Lake Forest Dr.
6. Trabuco Rd. at Lake Forest Dr.
7. Santa Margarita Pkwy. at El Toro Rd. *
8. Moulton Pkwy. at El Toro Rd.
9. Avenida de la Carlota at Paseo de Valencia
10. Avenida de la Carlota at El Toro Rd.
11. Bridger Rd. at El Toro Rd.
12. Rockfield Blvd. at El Toro Rd.
13. Muirlands Blvd. at El Toro Rd.
14. Jeronimo Rd. at El Toro Rd.
15. Trabuco Rd. at El Toro Rd.
16. Avenida de la Carlota at Los Alisos Blvd.
17. Rockfield Blvd. at Los Alisos Blvd.
