Pasadena : Reward for Vandal’s Arrest
The Board of Directors is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a vandal who scrawled racial epithets in City Hall last month.
The vandal used a felt pen to write slurs against blacks in the Community Services Agency office during the Memorial Day holiday.
The agency administers recreation programs, youth training programs, libraries and the health department. The agency also serves as staff to the Commission on the Status of Women.
