Gottschalks Opens Chico Stores as Part of Expansion

Gottschalks department store has opened in Chico, Calif., as part of a major expansion program. It is the eighth store in the Gottschalks chain to be designed by Millard Archuleta Architects of Los Angeles. The $3-million project is located at California 99 and 20th Street.
