6-Story Office Building Under Way in Ontario : $6-Million Office High-Rise in Centrelake Business Park to Be Completed in November

A November completion is anticiapted for a $6-million, six-story office building under way in the 70-acre Centrelake Business Park, 3401 Centrelake Drive, Ontario.
Developed by the Sickels Group, La Jolla, the structure is the first office high-rise in the $250-million business park, which will include an 800-room, seven-story Ramada hotel. The total complex is scheduled for completion in 1995.
Adjacent to Ontario International Airport, Centrelake will include 20 buildings with 1 million square feet of commercial office and research and development space.
Rick Poulos, partner-in-charge at Langdon Wilson Mumper Architects, Newport Beach, said the Inland Empire is ready for increased commercial development. The general contractor is Nielsen Construction Co., Newport Beach.
