NEW HAVEN, Conn. —
Two teen-agers have been arrested and charged in the death of a California bicyclist who collapsed at police headquarters after he was mugged and robbed of his bike, police said today.
John P. Ward, 62, of El Cerrito, Calif., who had a history of seizures, was pronounced dead Monday at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Before he collapsed, Ward gave police a description of his bicycle that led them to arrest Anthony Hoover, 16, and a 15-year-old boy.
