Share

The magical blend of time and place that Australian aborigines call “Dreamtime” will be explored by storyteller Liebe Gray in today’s story hour at 3:15 p.m. at the Ralph M. Parsons Discovery Center of the Natural History Museum, 900 Exposition Blvd.

Offered in conjunction with “Fossils of the Australian Dreamtime: Kadimakara,” an exhibition of the fossil remains of 75 extinct Australian animals, Gray will tell children about the continent’s unusual animal life. The program, part of the bimonthly Whale’s Tales series, is free with museum admission: adults, $3; children ages 5-12, 75 cents; 4 and under are free. No reservations, but early arrival is advised. Information: (213) 744-3414.
