Adam Keefe Leads All-Stars Against Santa Barbara Team
Center Adam Keefe of Woodbridge High School will lead an Orange County all-star basketball team against a team from Santa Barbara County at 7 tonight at San Marcos High School in Santa Barbara.
Keefe, who ended his four-year high school career as the state’s 11th all-time leading scorer with 2,212 points, will be matched for the first time against center Don MacLean of Simi Valley, the Southern Section’s 4-A division player of the year. Keefe has signed with Stanford and MacLean has signed with UCLA.
Other top county senior players scheduled to participate include Bobby Joyce (Santa Ana), Erik Martin (Whittier Christian), Chris Tower (Westminster), Steve Guild (Marina), Gylan Dottin (Saddleback), Geoff Probst (Corona del Mar) and Scootie Lynwood (Santa Ana).
