Passenger Put Off Jet for Punching Attendant

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. —
An Eastern Airlines flight from San Francisco to Atlanta made an unscheduled stop to eject a passenger who struck an attendant in a dispute over change for a drink, a representative of the airline said. No other injuries were reported in the incident Sunday, and the passenger was not arrested, the spokesman said.
