LOS ANGELES COUNTY - News from July 22, 1988

ABI Management, San Francisco, has named James A. Kelch president of Wellington-Ross Insurance Services, an ABI Management company which recently moved to Encino. Kelch served as Wellington-Ross’ executive vice president of operations before his promotion to president. He replaces John Antignas, who moves into the newly created position of vice chairman.
