The De Laurentiis Entertainment Group has increased the duties of two senior officers as the company continues its restructuring program. Peter Ratican, chief financial officer and a member of the office of the president, has been appointed to the company’s five-member board. Norman Herman has been named president of North Carolina Film Studios. Herman, who replaces Martha Schumacher as president of the studio, remains senior vice president-production.
