Two men were killed Saturday morning in separate North County traffic accidents.
Ruby Lee Miller, 60, of Riverside died at about 3:30 a.m. when his car smashed into the rear of a slow-moving tractor-trailer rig on Interstate 15.
The collision occurred just north of Mission Road in Fallbrook. Miller was pronounced dead at the scene.
In the second accident, Edward Arthur Strong, 45, of Escondido was found dead in his pickup truck at about 10:15 a.m. at the bottom of an embankment off Champagne Boulevard, about a mile north of Mountain Meadow Road.
