One quick concert note: The scheduled Los Angeles appearances on Aug. 23 and 24, of 10,000 Maniacs have once again been postponed, due to lead singer Natalie Merchant’s lingering viral illness. New dates for the shows have not yet been announced. Inquiries about refunds should be directed toward wherever the tickets were purchased.
