William (the Refrigerator) Perry, whose weight of 380 pounds earlier this summer led to his enrollment at a clinic for eating disorders, returned to the Chicago Bears--a bit slimmer and, he said, eager to play.
Neither the Bears nor Perry, who will be moved from defensive tackle to defensive end, would say what he weighs, but it’s not believed to be as low as 320, the target set by Coach Mike Ditka.
