Angel Cordero, seeking to reclaim New York’s Saratoga riding title, which he won for 11 straight years before finishing behind Jose Santos last year, was suspended for 10 days by track stewards for impeding two horses on the first turn during a race last Sunday. Cordero will appeal the ruling.
