Cable giant HBO is getting its cameras together and taking them on the road--for six weeks with the performers, presenters and staff of Amnesty International’s “Human Rights Now!” tour. The pay-cable channel said Monday that an HBO documentary crew will follow the tour and then tape the show’s final concert in Buenos Aires on Oct. 15. The finished HBO special--a three-hour show intercutting concert footage and backstage material--is scheduled to air Dec. 15 . . . .
