Wide receiver Andre Reed and linebacker Darryl Talley of the Buffalo Bills were arrested early Monday in a bar scuffle in Buffalo, N.Y., police said.
Angelo Alessandra, chief of detectives, said Reed was charged with misdemeanor assault and harassment and Talley with disorderly conduct. Alessandra said the two were issued appearance tickets returnable Sept. 12.
